I re... cently earned my certificate from Harvard's CS50P - Introduction to Programming with Python where I learned about: Python's syntax, data structures, conditionals, loops; both nested and isolated, file input/output handling, back-end software development, scripting, and utilized both object-oriented as well as functional programming paradigms. My name is Adam Abbas, I am a passionate 22 year old programmer living in Bloomsbury, New Jersey. I am also a poet and creative writer who, by the way, decided to learn web development just to build... my own blog. I love to tutor people because I love people. I am an extrovert who loves a good laugh and I bring my joy with me wherever I go. If there's a specific reason why I chose to tutor it would be because of my lack of confidence I had when I first started learning Python. My problem was that every tutorial I watched sounded like rocket-science to me and each new concept I learned made me want to throw in the towel. I remember being so challenged when I first learned "for" and "while" loops that I took about 2 weeks off just to refresh my head. I wish I had someone to remind me of how untrue it is that you can't learn this. Hence why I look for students who simply have a strong desire to learn. I love students with willpower because it is crucial to overcoming those challenges to which we will work through together.
