To prepare me for tutoring, I have been a professional teacher for 30+ years in private and public schools. During that time I taught elementary students from grades one through fifth specializing in ... English Language Arts. Also, I received the required graduate school training to teach elementary gifted children in grades one through six for several years. Hello future tutor students! I am Charlotte living near Memphis, Tennessee. I have a plethora of interests and hobbies from politics, sports, the arts, reading, painting, gardening, aviation, pets, ... writing, Bible study, to music. I have been a teacher for 30+ years in elementary, high school, and college level subjects with a Masters Degree in Administration/Supervision. I tutored off/on during those years and more regularly in the past four years. Tutoring gives me more focus on subject matter development and getting to know the student.
