I am a senior biology major at Texas a and m University and College Station.

in the fall I plan to go to Drexel University in Philadelphia to get my master's

in biomedical sciences. Um, so a little bit about me.

I've had quite a bit of mentorship experience during the last four years that

I've been here. Um,

I've specifically worked with freshman students that have been, um,

that have been admitted to the Department of Biology here. Um,

and helping them kind of mentor them throughout their first year here,

as well as tutor them in some of their introductory biology classes. Um,

I've also worked heavily with transfer students in helping them transition from

another university to this one. Um, and kind of with all this mentorship,

I've also been working in a neuroscience research lab for the past three years,

uh, where we focus on traumatic brain injuries. Um,

and so in that time I've had a lot of time to be able to help students

understand the concepts that we are researching as well as learn new techniques

within the lab. Um,

and so what I really want to do here is I want to help you understand these that

can be these topics in biology and psychology that can be really difficult to

understand. Um, I wanna help create you a little lesson plan, uh,

and kind of tailor it to your study strategies and what works best for you. Um,

I eventually want to become a professor and get my PhD,

which way in the future. Now that's gonna take years,

but it's okay. We're thriving and surviving. Um, but yeah,
