My name is Hira Khan and I was Miss Sarwat’s Urdu subject’s student in high school and college. Even though years have gone by, she still holds the title of my best Urdu teacher. She is highly knowledgeable and proficient in Urdu language and literature. She teaches it in such a friendly manner that makes the subject interesting and easy to comprehend. Personally, I used to struggle with understanding and writing scholarly Urdu of poets. With her help, I was able to understand it rather than just memorize it. This allowed me to pass the subject with good grades. Along with her being so educated in her subject, she is also a great teacher who knows the art of teaching. She is patient with her students and showers them with her unwavering encouragement and confidence on their capabilities. There had been many instances when I wanted to give up learning Urdu, however miss sarwat took me back to basics patiently and converted the weakness into strengths. Such dedicated and invested teachers are rare to find. I am grateful to her for making a hard subject enjoyable and I highly recommend her!

Hi I am Lucia and Miss Sarwat was my Urdu teacher when I lived in Pakistan, She is one of few people who I have met that truly love their job to the core, miss Sarwat gets exited when you get better in language, I would say that being a teacher is more of a calling than a profession for her and she is really dedicated teacher. She is punctual and easy going person, but she won’t let you slack, she will motivate you to the point when you get exited to see her on a call and tell her the new vocabulary that you have learned. Since I am not Pakistani and it wasn’t always easy to start from scratch she was always very patient and she constantly tried to come up with new ways how to explain grammar to me. My Urdu teacher, Miss Sarwat is an absolute gem! Her proficiency in Urdu and vast vocabulary knowledge is truly impressive. What sets her apart is her kind and supportive demeanour – she's patient, never loses her cool, and never raises her voice. Her way of speaking is so formal and elegant, which makes every lesson a delight. With her wealth of experience, she knows exactly where a student needs improvement and goes above and beyond to help them succeed.
