As a young musician, I have been playing the trumpet for 9 years. Throughout high school I have contributed to many of the awards given to the Elk Grove Franklin marching band, concert band, and jazz ... band. I have also been given many awards within my band such as the Louis Armstrong award for my accomplishments in jazz. I have learned how to teach basic music lessons to children in the elementary and middle school level.
