Hi! I'm Nathan (they/he). I'm a recent graduate from San Francisco State Univers... ity where I got my degree in Sociology and minor in LGBTQ Studies. In college I fell in love with academia and with teaching. I previously served as a TA for a writing-intensive upper-division sociology course, and because I loved it so much, I created and taught my own course on queer cultural production through SFSU's Experimental College. I love being in the classroom and sharing knowledge with all sorts of people. I love learning just as much from my students that they learn from me. In college I also co-founded a disabled student group by and for disabled students. I am disabled and neurodiverse, and I know how much an accessible classroom environment can make or break the learning experience.
