I want to teach biology. I took several biology courses in high school including honors genetics and general biology. Genetics caught my interest and led me to study biology in college. In college I... majored at UCSC in Biology B.S. taking courses such as development and physiology, cell biology, molecular biology, microbiology and many many more. I did research in a lab at UCSC studying the effects of antibacterial agents on different strains of Group A Strep and MRSA solidifying my understanding of microbiology.
