I am a Ghanaian based in Capetown South Africa. Years ago, if anyone was to have told me where I would be now, i definitely wouldn't have seen that coming. This is to say, we write our own destinies w... ith faith and assurance that we can be whatever we want to. After successfully graduating with an honor in Textile Design, my dreams and ambitions where far fetched considering where I came from and the resources available to me to pursue design. Without giving up hope, I couched a plan to put myself back into design school after working an administrative role for at least four years just to fund myself into school again. It was tough, I managed to pull through and mastered the courage to risk it all as I moved from Ghana to Capetown to pursue fashion. Long story short, I can confidently say it was the best decision I ever made and proud for this move considering all the skills I have acquired today.
