Administrator of a therapeutic private residential school. Ironwood has 45 students and graduates ar... ound 12 students a year. I supervise 3 full-time, and two part-time, instructors. I work with sending schools on transcript transference and ensure students receive appropriate coursework. I aid in students transitioning to other high schools upon discharge and in the application process for colleges/universities. Since roughly half of Ironwood residents are identified under the special education umbrella (IDEA), I act as the school’s special education director. I have experience of working with many out of state school districts in the IEP process.read more
