I've always had a passion for literature and helping others discover their love for it. I have taught my sister, my partner's siblings, and the children I babysit from time to time how to read and imp... rove their writing comprehension skills. In high school, I scored a 5 on my AP English exam and received all A's in my college literature and analysis courses. I graduated as an honor student at the University of Texas at Arlington with a major in English and a minor in technical writing and professional design. I've taken courses relating to the proper structure of modern and ancient English, the art of rhetorical analysis in every genre, and I have completed a specific course that helps me better tutor other students in English this Fall semester. My favorite genres to read are memoirs and young adult fiction, though I do enjoy a good sci-fi novel from time to time.
