I have been playing violin for almost 10 years, and I have had been extensively taught for just as long. I've had masterclasses with Rachel Ku, violist in the Philadelphia Orchestra, and have experien... ce with countless talented musicians. I am a violinist in the Philadelphia Sinfonia, an award-winning advanced full symphonic orchestra composed of talented students with significant orchestral experience. Philadelphia Sinfonia is a premiere and nationally renowned orchestra, being one of the most highly-ranked youth orchestras in the nation. I have also been a member of two years of Philadelphia Sinfonia Players, an intermediate-advanced symphonic orchestra, where I sat assistant concertmaster. I am the concertmaster of my highschool's concert and advanced orchestra, as well as the concertmaster for our pit orchestra in the spring. I have also had experience being pit section leader for the marching band and for second violins in the orchestras as well.
