I am currently the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for the United States Air Force at Tyndall Air Force Base. I have experience in strength and conditioning with Auburn University Men's Basketball, Softball, and Women's Soccer. I have military Strength and Conditioning Experience with the United States Army and the United States Air Force. I have about a decade worth of experience in health and fitness, personal training, strength and conditioning, coaching, and teaching.
