How do I view the resolution of the problem that I reported?

After you report a problem, the Lessonpal team will read your concerns and take appropriate action to resolve it. 

To see the note addressing the resolution, select Lessons in the top right bar of your screen. 

Next, select the Past tab to see past lessons.

Under the past lessons, you’ll find the resolution notes on lessons for which the Lessonpal team has resolved the problems you reported.

On mobile, select the collapsible menu on the top left corner of the screen and select Lessons. Next, select the Past tab where you can view the resolutions for any problems you reported.
