Alongside my game development, I've been making pixel art. From simplistic NES styles to much more complex, abstract pieces, I have done a ton of work with pixel art. Furthermore, I have taught and gi... ven constructive criticism roughly once a day for the past five years, along with prior experience tutoring people from their first pixel to their first animation. Pixel art is a very interesting niche, it's a form of art that emphasizes minimalism in a really enjoyable way. In games and animations especially, this leads to unique challenges that have to be kept in mind. I know and can see issues, and more importantly, provide tricks and tips that allow you to progress much faster than I did.
