Hello, I'm Eitan. I went to high school just north of Indianapolis, Indiana but I have also lived around Boston, San Francisco, and Morgantown, WV. I am currently a sophomore at Lawrence University in... Appleton, Wisconsin, majoring in linguistics. I have been tutoring since I was in high school with the social studies peer tutoring program at the high school. I have continued tutoring in college with Lawrence University's tutoring program. Throughout, I have been involved with tutoring multiple subjects which has helped inform my tutoring philosophy, perhaps best summarized by a quote from Good Will Hunting: "That's a super philosophy you've got there chief. That way you can go your entire life without really getting to know any(thing)." Specifically, I do not subscribe to the described philosophy. I believe that tutoring is about learning the new ways of thinking unique to each subject. I think that this works to promote a love of the subjects and learning generally, even when it is difficult, and gets the best results generally. Subject-wise I specialize in Essay Writing(College and otherwise), Economics, and (of course) Linguistics.
