I start off by playing violin in elementary school and let me continue being an

orchestra in middle school, high school and college,

I went to performing arts high school where I got to be in pit orchestras,

pop music concerts, and classical music concerts.

I enjoyed it so much and it made me realize I wanted to pursue a career in

involving music.

I went to community college and later transferred to university and it opened a

whole new world of music for me. I took theory, ear training,

composition and violin lessons and performance ensembles, and enjoyed it.

It showed me that I like the academic side of music.

My experience in community college encouraged me to want to transfer a ma a

I took more advanced courses in theory, history, and composition.

I also got to join new ensembles that opened my mind to new styles of music.

I started teaching four years ago, and I've been doing that both in person,
