I am a Co-Teacher for 12th grade English at a high school in my city and have be... en in the Education System for over five years. Although I teach English Language Arts and Literature, I have also been a Spanish to English Translator in the school system and in my previous jobs. I was born into a Spanish speaking home, but growing up in the United States, I became fluent in English at a very early age. This has been very beneficial for both myself and for the students. Along with my English 12 students, I work with ELS students in helping them understand the subject matter and translating instructions. During these past five years, I have acquired a great deal of experience teaching my students how the English language works in both casual conversations and in advanced level essays.
