I’m a dedicated and out-going tutor who spent much of my time in college working as a peer tutor. After studying for the LSAT with the help of a tutor, I was able to raise my diagnostic score by 18 points over the span of 2 months. I ended up scoring a 171, or in the 98% percentile. I have been working full time as an LSAT tutor for several different companies for over 2 years and my knowledge of the LSAT is immense. My strengths lie in tailoring my tutoring curriculum to the student’s needs and keeping sessions productive and engaging. I will provide all of the study materials used during the lessons as well as study guides.
My goal as a tutor is to provide you with the foundational skills to navigate each type of question on the test, regardless of its specific difficulty level. By using my strategies, you will be able to “check” each answer choice as you go against the strategy and then move confidently on to the next problem. I find many tutors use a more intuitive method that leaves you stranded when an answer doesn’t immediately pop out at you as correct. I give you a specific game plan for each type of question so that you can get to the correct answer no matter your original understanding of the question.
