I have a master's degree from Auburn University in exercise science, with a concentration in exercise physiology. Furthermore, I have taken several years of doctoral-level study in this area which is expected to culminate in a PhD in exercise physiology in 2025 from Springfield College.
I have worked as an adjunct faculty member teaching exercise physiology, and I have also taught this material internationally and across a wide range of settings. I have worked with individuals and audiences of up to nearly 100, and just about everything in between. That includes tutoring in this subject area since 2012.
