During my early school years, I always enjoyed listening to our English instructor and was fascinated at how she pronounced English words, especially when discussing our lesson. That day, I knew I should pursue my interest and enthusiasm in English subjects, particularly English grammar. Since that day, I've been going to our school library to read more English books and study English grammar.
In high school, I always received straight A scores in English and even became a group leader when we had English reports. I also enjoy writing articles, as if it were something I could do effortlessly. I once had a funny interaction with my English teacher in my senior year when she assigned us to write an essay, and when I turned my paper in, she even thought I cheated and that my work was from other online websites because of how good my word construction was, but when she checked my work, it turned out to be my own work, and she ended up praising my English grammar skills. I'll always share this amusing experience with everyone since I'm really happy of how much I improved my English grammar and that the lengthy study hours I put in must have paid off.
English is not my first language, and I understand the difficulties of learning the language because I went through a similar period in my life, but this does not deter my enthusiasm for English grammar.
I can state that I am a great and pleasant tutor since I am compassionate and would never condemn someone based on their English language proficiency. I used to tutor my nieces in English, especially during COVID, when all of their lectures were modular and difficult to follow without the assistance of someone who is skilled on the subject.
Until now, I have assisted my nieces with their academics by creating free lessons for them, and I enjoy it. I also teach them basic mathematics and science.
