In our country, the schooling system from nursery school to college places a strong emphasis on the English subject, so from a young age, we are taught how to speak, write sentences properly, and prepare for literature exams. This early exposure to the language has contributed significantly to our proficiency in English.
From a young age, I have always been fascinated by English movies and music. I would spend hours watching classic films and listening to songs by renowned artists, which not only entertained me but also helped me to improve my listening and speaking skills. As I grew older, my interest in the language only deepened, and I began to explore English literature, reading works by celebrated authors such as Shakespeare, Dickens, and Austen. This early fascination with the language has enabled me to develop a strong foundation in English, which has been instrumental in shaping my academic and professional pursuits.
Throughout my educational journey, I have come to realize the importance of English as a global language, and its significance in today's interconnected world. It has opened up avenues for communication, collaboration, and exchange of ideas across cultures and borders. As a result, I believe that it is essential for students to develop a strong command of English, as it will equip them with the skills and confidence to succeed in an increasingly globalized world.
