While in Berklee, I completed and excelled at my courses in Jazz Ear Training, which included utilizing the modes and modal interchange. In the Boston Conservatory, I completed and excelled at my courses in Classical Ear Training. I've tutored students on both sung rhythmic, melodic, and harmonic passages as well as dictation. My experience with small to large ensembles in rehearsals has caused my ear to be sharp, as I'm very critical about the particular timbres and pitch content within my performances.
We will start from where ever you are at in your ear training experience and grow from there. I will conduct an assessment test of where you are and then determine your curriculum from there.
