I have 4 semesters of experience tutoring in Berklee's Ear Training curriculum. This includes everything from beginner-to-chromatic solfege, chord quality identification, learning music by ear, transcribing improvised jazz solos from the masters, and everything between! I've seen ears of all shapes and sizes (in a musical sense of course) and helped countless students and peers expand their hearing's capacity. A musician's ear is their most powerful tool--a well-tuned ear enables a musician to decode others' secrets, keep their composition under the heat of the band-stand, and retain information like no other.
