My master's thesis consisted in creating a machine learning model capable of identifying and classifying up to 126 different species of marine sponges. For my thesis, I manually labeled 16,915 images of marine sponges so that the model could have a robust dataset for training and learning to identify visual patterns. I have spent more than 4 years studying computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning methods to create, train, and deploy machine learning models on custom datasets. I also have a plethora of resources that will ensure each student's knowledge and success.
