As a qualified teacher, I have expertise and training in supporting children at al... l stages to become accurate, confident readers who love the content they consume. I have participated in schemes with the UKLA which have furthered my understanding of children's literature, meaning that I am confident choosing books which children will see themselves in, as well as books which will expand their worlds! For those older students, I also have a long academic career in which reading has been a lynchpin for my success.
