Hello! My name is Tanisha, and I'm thrilled to share my story with you. I was born and raised in New Jersey, but I've called South Georgia home for a while now. As an academic at heart, I've always be... en passionate about learning and sharing my knowledge with others.
I received my B.A. in both Psychology and Sociology and have recently graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master's in Sociology. While I'm proud of my accomplishments thus far, I'm not stopping there - I have plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology.
While I have always been interested in academia, I have also spent many years outside of the classroom. I have worked as an assistant preschool teacher and mentor, where I have learned the importance of sharing knowledge and helping others. I know firsthand what it's like to feel like I had to navigate academics on my own, and I'm committed to helping others avoid that struggle.
My academic interests are vast, but I'm particularly passionate about teaching and learning about Psychology and Sociology. I'm also a skilled essay writer and editor and have spent much of my academic career focused on research.
