While my studying of creative writing has leaned more towards hobbyist than professional, it's hard to deny that having years of peer-reviewed experience makes me an excellent candidate to teach this ... subject. I can wield my artistic passion like a torch, lighting a love of writing in the hearts of my students. I have also taken at least one college course on creative writing as well as spent time talking and sharing works with published authors. I've always been bursting with imagination, seeking to express it. It started with playing with my toys but one day I discovered the joys of writing and quickly immersed myself in writing communities.... Instead of doing other things, when I got home from school I'd write. Now I'm older and the thousands of hours have paid off. While I enjoy writing itself, nothing brings a smile to my face quite like wowing friends with whatever stories they wanted.
