I am a passionate coach/educator who enjoys all things related to human performance. I established a passion for sports medicine in my childhood as a long-time athlete after an injury prematurely ende... d my high school sports career. I rebounded, became an All-Conference college rugby athlete, and simultaneously earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science. I trained an assortment of people for five years, including high-level athletes and those with special needs (stroke patients, osteoporosis, etc.). During that time, I continued my education and eventually acquired my Master's degree in Exercise Science. Since then, I relocated to southern Florida to become a Professor of Exercise Science, aiming to guide students to their industry-specific careers and to make learning science easy. As an educator, I believe the learning experience should be engaging.
