Hello, over the past seven years I was volunteering in the deaf community. I was able to take a class on ASL and became very close friends with the deaf and hard of hearing. They we're very patient ... teaching me and helping me to improve my language skills. Overtime I was able to help interpret at doctor appointments and phone calls.
