I’ve been playing ukulele for a full year-and-a-half up to this point. I have ad... vanced knowledge of chords and tabs and will be able to teach anyone how to properly read chords. I find it important to not only know how to read chords; but memorizing the most common chords (G, F, Am, B, A, E, C, and D) I’d say goes a long way. A lot of songs can be played with those eight chords and I aim to teach students the most smoothest way to transition between chords. Because one of the most crucial parts of playing ukulele is your fingering; without proper fingering your transitions between chords can be incredibly awkward. read more
