About
Hello! My name is John and I am a rising junior at Carleton College!
I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience and aim to establish a career in the field of adolescent clinical ... psychology, where I hope to specialize in intervention research for youth mental health disorders. So, considering that I will be working with children extensively in the future on a clinical level, I'd say tutoring is a perfect stepping stone for me!
Tutoring and teaching others has always been a passion of mine, as I believe deeply in the idea of teaching others as a means of self-education: like the students I tutor, I too am here to learn. Whether it be by allowing me to refresh my own knowledge by teaching it to others, or by simply giving me the privilege to view quandaries through a unique perspective, I learn a lot from my students.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be your tutor, and I look forward to helping you on your journey to becoming a better scholar.read more
