My favorite way to pass time is reading or writing stories and poems. English was my favorite subject growing up and it was also the class that I excelled in. In high school I was always in honors lan... guage arts classes and got an A with a high percentage in my college English course. On my ACT I got a 23 in English and a 32 in reading. I also did journalism for a bit in middle school. When I was younger I got some experience in tutoring and worked with elementary students. When I was in high school I was able to work with my peers in editing their college level papers and provided ways for them to improve their writing. I love working and interacting with others. I understand that there are many different ways to learn that are not always used in the classroom. I can adapt very well and can apply different techniques to match a students needs. read more

Hi! My name is Gracee and I am a freshman at Utah State University. I grew up in a small farm town called Rush Valley, Utah. I am currently pursuing a degree in English for creative writing. I love re... ading, writing stories, and playing the piano. I have experience with tutoring elementary schools, job shadowing many different teachers, and have peer edited college papers. I love working with others because I enjoy seeing the process of their growth. I want to help the students understand reading and writing with an appreciation for how well they can do.
