Hi! I'm Erica. I currently live in Pennsylvania, but I tend to move around and will be leaving once I'm completely healed from my shoulder surgery. So far I have lived in Scotland, Missouri, North Car... olina, and Arizona. Even though my headline says art tutoring, I have experience in K-8 math, writing, grammar, reading comprehension, science, and social studies as well. My favorite part of tutoring is seeing the light in a child's eye when something that has been tripping them up finally clicks. They always look so proud of themselves and you can tell their confidence is increasing! My tutoring philosophy is to make learning fun by tailoring it to each individual child's interests. I believe children learn better when they are excited by the material. Personally, I am a life-long learner.
