My name is John Roxandich! I am originally from Pennsylvania, but I now live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, Coeur d'Alene, ID. I can't help but mention my passion for rugby. I ha... ve coached for 5 years now (both high school and men's league). Rugby has been and will be a major part of my life. Philosophy is my other greatest passion, and I continue to do projects outside of school for the pure fun of it, and hopefully for the edification and benefit of other lovers of wisdom. My tutoring philosophy has always been one that specifically caters to individual students. Teachers can overlook individual students I believe it is the tutor's job to help students come to moments of insight, but tutors are not meant to just present facts or hand over sheets of information to memorize. I am here to facilitate the student's ability to think for themselves and to navigate complex questions. Whether it is in literature, philosophy, or history, most tutors neglect the connections between all those subjects and real-life applications.
