I got my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Health at Minnesota State University - Moorhead. After I graduated, I became a substitute teacher for 1 year. I was able to secure a long term su... bstitute teaching role for a middle school PE teacher. I also coached girls middle school and high school volleyball and basketball for 4 years. Growing up, I have always loved sports and fitness. I played softball, basketball, tennis and volleyball in high school and some college. I also have many certifications in teaching fitness classes at local gym: BodyPump, BodyCombat, and Spinning. I have extensive experience in being able to help beginners looking to learn the basics or an advanced athlete aiming to enhance their skills. Currently, I work in a corporate job, but would love to get back to working with kids and physical education.
