Absolute Beginners are Welcome! Even if you don’t know the first thing about guitar or music, you will be carefully and patiently guided through your first steps. I'm great at teaching music to begin... ners. I even taught music to preschoolers! Music is an adventure. It is your path. I can be your guide. Whatever you want to do. I show you how to do it. I taught hundreds of students. Every student is unique. Each step is empowering and rewarding. I also teach advanced-master classes. No matter your skill level: Tell me your interests (playing your favorite songs, reading music, writing your own songs, recording/production, live performance, starting a band) and I will be your guide. You pick your guitar: acoustic or electric. You choose the style/genre: pop, rock, country, metal, punk, blues, folk, bluegrass, jazz, classical…..it’s all music. We learn the songs you select. Or, we can go through a beginner/advanced book together. Whatever suits your style of learning best. Lessons with me are fantastic - the time will fly - but you’ll learn a lot. I’ll supply the knowledge & experience. You supply you. My world of music is a wonderful and inclusive place, and if you wish, you can be a part of it. I love it. I earned my BA in Music - Guitar Performance from Susquehanna University and graduated with honors. I also studied at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA. I am a professional musician, recording artist, educator, and producer - and from early-childhood education to sharing the stage with international pop stars - it’s always a joy.
