I have been a successful engagement/cha... nge manager for much of my career before moving onto life in Academia. My MBA thesis was based on Organisational Development using change management processes. Throughout my academic career I focused heavily on the theoretical and practical implementation of change management processes. Both from a strategic and an operational perspective I am well versed in the latest writings and organizational practices of the leading businesses globally. I have excellent communications skills both verbally and written. I have an analytical problem-solving mind that thrives on challenge. I have very strong leadership skills, and have extensive experience in leading multi lingual and multi-cultural working environments I used strategic planning tools (7 steps, SWOT, Porters Value Chain, Porters Competitive environment and 4Ps) to guide the future and highly successful strategic planning. I have been teaching Business at Level 3 – 7 since 2008, and have been teaching Chinese K6 – K12 since 2017 both online and face to face in China. I recently completed a 12-month contract at GCGS in Foshan for Bright Scholar. I have been teaching Business English to adults in Prague since November 2021.
