I currently teach Oral Communications (Public Speaking) at Messiah College. I have been an adjunct there since summer of 2022. I have just begun my second year at Messiah. I created the course, wrote... the curriculum, and taught the course in Public Speaking for Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown, PA, beginning in 2001. The course was very successful and continues to this day since my retirement from high school teaching in June of 2022. The course doubled in size and was very popular as an elective with capacity classes for most of the course's existence. I have taught Public Speaking online (asynchronous and synchronous), particularly during the Pandemic of 2020. I am very comfortable with technology and can learn new online learning systems, such as Canvas as needed.
