My expertise has been called on to testify in front of the Pennsylvania House Judiciary Committee regarding various criminal justice topics. I have completed course development and redesign for institutions of higher learning that are educating future professionals in the field. Throughout my professional career, I have focused on protecting the rights of crime victims, increased mental healthcare for the incarcerated, and implemented programs for reentrants upon release from incarceration, all while ensuring the safety and security of inmates, staff, and the public.
